RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept a return from our customers. But we have a few things we need. Please give us a chance to exchange for different size or style or just any other item. We are a small swimsuit store in Hawaii and want to have the opportunity to get you fitted with our large selection. We specialize in fitting the customer in the stores and have enough experience to fit your needs over the phone.

If you must return, you must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER within 7 days from RECEIVE DATE. (Not order date), Or we will charge a 25% RESTOCKING FEE. RA Number must be issued by our store in Hawaii. 808-261-1964 Please mark RA on invoice that came in your package and send package back to us. We accept Exchanges or Refunds, but we will not accept used merchandise or damages of any sort, tags must be attached. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES. We also will not credit back the shipping. But if you exchange, your shipping is just $4.75 not the original shipping amount.

Catalog Request

Due to the large number of swimwear lines that we carry, we are not able to offer print catalogs.

We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share your information to anyone. We use  it only for Shipping addresses and email confirmations. We process all credit card orders when the order ships processed from Beachwear Inc.
